SOURCING SUPPLIERS & CONTRACTORS
In the case of asset relocation, the Programme Management and scheduling of activities at both existing and new locations, Suppliers and Contractors is key to ensuring progress at multiple locations is aligned. The successful dovetailing of dependencies across multiple sites can be key to maximising the return on investment. We carefully select teams according to the project scope and provide them with the necessary project structure and documentation to ensure success.
FEED STUDIES
We involve our teams at every stage of any project, from the definition and FEED studies right through to installation, pre-commissioning and start-up.
ON - TIME DELIVERY
Our management teams regularly liaise with the engineering design teams, client representatives, fabricators and installation contractors, providing input from front-end engineering through detailed design to ensure deliverables are first fit for field operations teams.
